Let’s not overthink these Kentucky guards. They’re both going to be good in the league. It’s proven at this point.
I loved Leonard Miller doe. Its a good thing I ain't GM cuz Miller was coming off the board at 16. I haven't watched enough of Smith but he seems like the bad kind of tweener... Miller seems like the good kind of tweener but his block numbers are a bit troubling for what I had hoped for him. I think Smith is a good bet in the teens/20s though. He also has a boring name and game. If we got him with a pick in the 20s or 30s that's absolutely a win.I hear ya....I definitely think Matas looks more skilled/fluid with the ball, but in the same way that we kinda overlooked Leonard Miller (I guess it's still tbd on that), I wonder if we should respect that level of production. GLeague ignite was also getting stomped all year, so I would expect all their numbers to be pretty bad.

Our luck we end up picking the one that didn't work. We'd think we getting Booker and get Marquis Teague.Let’s not overthink these Kentucky guards. They’re both going to be good in the league. It’s proven at this point.
It just feels like the name of the second tight end that plays at BYU. Not the one that gets the ball... the one that comes in on running plays as an extra lineman. If his name was Smith Tyler in stead of Tyler Smith, he'd be 5 places higher on consensus draft boards.
Also the only guy that can stop a talented Kentucky guard is Coach Cal (Zinggggggggg!)Let’s not overthink these Kentucky guards. They’re both going to be good in the league. It’s proven at this point.
Who you taking in this scenario at 8?
1. Sarr
2. Risacher
3. Sheppard
4. Topic
5. Dillingham
6. Castle
7. Clingan
Think I go between Holland and Knecht depending on offense or defense priority. Admittedly, looking at it like this, it certainly does look like a really bad draft.
Holland, Buzelis and Knecht are the guys... If Holland or Buzelis shoot it I think they could have pretty big upside.Who you taking in this scenario at 8?

I think if anything it might mean he’s being super underrated.
No one is arguing that they aren't good....Let’s not overthink these Kentucky guards. They’re both going to be good in the league. It’s proven at this point.
Means he isn't trying to do too much like Matas/Holland did all yearSo Tyler Smith is the same age, played on the same team, and was much better than Matas this year. Does that mean anything?

Not high on Williams?Holland, Buzelis and Knecht are the guys... If Holland or Buzelis shoot it I think they could have pretty big upside.
I keep forgetting he exists... which if you watched him at CO its easy to do. I like him too... would put him in that group. I liked him more early in the process when I thought maybe he was more like his brother. Jalen is Jrue Holiday.... Cody is Justin. Not high on Williams?
I think Clingan and Rob slip and Holland Williams Buzelis or Kinect fill those top ten spots.I just can't imagine Cody Williams being on the board at #9.
