Threads a little old, but for anyone that was interested. I decided to give up the P90X program I was doing due to tendinitis in my elbow from all the pull-ups. So I decided to check out The Jump Manual. Only 2 weeks in, but not terrible results so far, but nothing special. Hard to tell at 2 weeks.
