He has cajones and a vision for the type of team he wants and has enough pull in the organization and understanding on how to construct a roster for said team to not only get them heading in the right direction but to fully buy in and truly develop to the point that they could be a real threat down the line.

Does Jrue Holiday strike you as a good physical comparison for Goodwin? Goodwin seems to have a better array of scoops around the hoop than Holiday. But Holiday has a much better pull-up jumper.
