Hahaha ...
UGLI ing up the draft thread!

I think your jumping to conclusions. Sure we are likely to have some turnover by next season, but to me, to have a lame-duck season we need to not even have a chance at 40 wins. Don't forget we are still in the playoff hunt. Our problem is we have players that don't mesh well with having any rithem on offense or defense wich causes inconsistency.
The Syracuse kid Michael Carter-Williams had a rough shooting day today: 3 for 15 from the field and 7 for 15 from the line. Syracuse lost by 4 pts. to Temple. MCW also had 4 assists to go with 3 turnovers.
Short list at #14: CJ McCollum, Dennis Schroeder, Archie Goodwin, Kelly Olynyk
Short list at #21: Steven Adams, Giannis Adetokunbo, Sergey Karasev, Nate Wolters
2nd round: Carmichael, Hardaway Jr., Adonis Thomas, James Southerland
My thought as well. It's important to see how he responds, especially if this was more a product of scouting.
I'm still immensely intrigued. Which brings me to a question: if MCW carries his current production to the end of the year and Syracuse lies to rest at, say, the Sweet 16, how does his stock not surpass where the Jazz might pick?
Playing well is priority #1 and nothing outside of that is really even close. If you're hoping someone else ****s up, then you don't deserve the break.
There was a different dude for syracuse that looked really good in the few minutes i saw of him.. Number 5 maybe? I think he was a 2 guard and left handed, with a real nice looking stroke and lots of elevation on his jumper.
Who was that? (i might be wrong about the lefty comment and his number)
Sounds like you're talking about Triche. (don't know what number he is..)

I saw highlights and i was actually talking about Fair, but my description just sucked.
Anyway he looked to have a really nice midrange game with perfect form and good elevation on his jumper.
I dont know if he is usually very good but when i saw him he looked awesome. (same thing happened last year when i caught a really nice stretch of play from kim english). I dont watch alot of college ball other than byu.
Speaking of byu that little point guard from baylor always impresses me everytime i have seen him play (maybe 4 times.)
We should draft Andrew Harrison! YAYYYY!
MCW, and Syracuse in general, had a really rough game. Props to Temple.
A few thoughts on MCW after watching today's game:
-doesn't seem to have a great touch around the hoop, ala Hayward.
-gets to the FT line well (wtf was up with his shot today?)
-his 3PT% is bad, but his form seems fine. It's not like some guys where you cringe whenever they pull up for a jumper.
-as impressive as his 10.7 APG average is, I think it's even more impressive when you consider the fact that Syracuse has zero 3-point shooters.
