Why wouldn't ATL match at that level?
Why wouldn't ATL match at that level?
Okay .. I just looked .. we went back and forth so much between the two that I was confused where we were.
So;
Teague - $11M
Bledsoe - $9M

I know that seems high for Bledsoe, but I'd do it based on other alternatives.

WAY too high for Bledsoe imo. At least Teague's proved something as a starter and can run a team and shoot.
I understand and don't disagree with you guys. Mine's more a gambling hunch.

This thread has the potential to be better than the 2012 thread.

"...based on other alternatives" is the key phrase.
You can't ignore the possibility that we might need to throw two draft picks and FA efforts into this mess.
Teague is kind of the only option in free agency as far as I'm concerned. Kind of disconcerting that the Jazz had two chances at Dragic (draft [they drafted Tomic one slot before Dragic {which is who I wanted}] and free agency last year) and apparently weren't too interested either time. And they'll have to overpay to have a chance (especially since the Hawks will actually have more cap space than the Jazz).
Playing well is priority #1 and nothing outside of that is really even close. If you're hoping someone else ****s up, then you don't deserve the break.
