The 76ers are in talks with Jrue Holiday's agent about an extension, but generally people think the sides won't come to an agreement and that Holiday will be a RFA next summer.

There's nothing more recent than October 2 on the possibility of the Bobcats giving an extension to Gerald Henderson, meaning it probably won't happen, making him a RFA on the assumption the Bobcats extend a qualifying offer.
I couldn't find anything about the Bobcats and Byron Mullens talking about an extension. That's not surprising since he barely played in 2 seasons with OKC and still wasn't great when he got some playing time in Charlotte.
The Bucks and Brandon Jennings seem unlikely to agree to an extension as talks aren't progressing.

Taj Gibson is hopeful of agreeing to an extension with the Bulls, which would all but ensure Boozer gets amnestied next summer.
It's doubtful that Omri Casspi and the Cavs will agree to an extension. I"m basing that off the fact that I couldn't find anything about discussions. There have been rumors that the Cavs would buy Casspi out, but nothing about extensions.
David Aldridge on Wayne Ellington getting an extension from the Grizzlies: "It would be hard to explain why O.J. Mayo couldn't get an extension, but Ellison, acquired from Minnesota for Dante Cunningham in July, could." When you consider the pending ownership change as well, it seems unlikely.
As Marc Stein points out, the Hawks like Jeff Teague, but they'll pass on giving him an extension because they will want to make a run at Chris Paul first.
Tyreke Evans most likely won't get an extension from the Kings.

The idea would have seemed crazy after he was ROY, but he's regressed since then.
There's no reason to think that James Johnson will get an extension from the Kings. The Kings only acquired him this past July.
