Typical comment from hater who did not even see the game. When AK left in 3 quarter Wolves were down by 4 only. The Raptors went on a run and Adelman threw a towel , decided to rest his starters for tomorrows back to back. Very curious about Adelman at the moment. He's playing like it's extended preseason at the moment, letting an 18-point lead slip away without a timeout in the first game (even Sloan wouldn't do that) and playing some very odd fourth-quarter lineups. Everyone's pointing out that he brought in the scrubs with four minutes to go in a ten-point game, but he also seemed willing to let the game slip away earlier in that quarter. He claimed later that the game was lost in the first half, but they were within four points in the third quarter and lost the fourth quarter 26-13.
Hard to be too critical when your two best players are down and the best player in the second unit goes down, but yee.
Solid B game for AK. Best player on the court besides Kyle Lowry, but not saying much in this game.
With the presence of Love and Rubio, why not?
T-Wolves come back from 22 down to beat the Nets, primarily thanks to 16/9/6 and 4 blocks from AK, who turned a mediocre game for himself and the Wolves around in the third quarter.
In more Adelman oddness, AK played 15 minutes in a row from the beginning of the third quarter to the fourth and then sat until the last minute of the fourth. Third game in a row where the fourth quarter has primarily been played by reserves.
Random thoughts: might have been wrong on Shved. T-Wolves are infinitely better with Derrick Williams off the floor.
