AKMVP, these haters are such a-holes it's unfrickin believable. Idiocy is so hard to stamp out. It's why Americans believe our government when we say we're fighting all these stupid wars to save democracy. Absolute lunacy. Kill a baby today and keep Haliburton happy -- and that's the truth.

I agree with everything you said. Most Americans are complete idiots.

Helping erase a 22-point deficit, the former All-Star helped complete a stunning second-half comeback with an all-around performance that was classic Kirilenko, finishing with 16 points on 7-of-11 shooting, 10 rebounds, six assists and four blocks, as the undermanned Timberwolves won, 107-96. “Oh, he definitely was on our list. Oh, yeah,” Nets coach Avery Johnson said before the game. “That guy, with a skill set like that? I’ve always been a fan. He plays hard, he plays defense, he dives on the floor, he blocks shots, he goes back door, he’s improved his shot. ... When he was in Utah, I thought he was awfully good when he was healthy, so there was some discussion.” New York Post

Ak is a bad ass. I have always loved his game.

AKMVP is right about all of it and he is finally shoving it in your faces with solid proof.

He tried to change his game to become more jumpshooting SF which he never was to begin. Great coaches are putting players in position to succeed and revolve their game plan around specific strengths of those players, mediocre coaches trying to fit them into their preset robotic system like clones. There is reason Sloan never won anything. He got freaking lucky he came to the team who had Stockton and Malone already, otherwise he would have not lasted in Utah longer then in Chicago. I really hoped he would get signed by some mediocre club like Bobcats so he could show "his magic", to bad nobody is interested enough.
You see the light. Everyone else has blinders on.

And in 03-04, look at who was in the league at the time. Ira Newble, Corey Blount, Eddie Robinson... Sloan had the young team playing good.. But he did catch a major break with Stockton n Malone..

Reality is, his system died out in the 2000s. When John and Karl dipped, Sloany should've too

AK numbers for first three games 14.3 points, 7.7 rebounds, 4.7 assists, 2.7 blocks, and 0.7 steals, and he's shooting over 60 percent from the field. What are Marvin Williams's numbers?

Let's see what AK's numbers are when Rubio and Love get back.

Another C/C- game. Had good impact overall, finished (assuming he doesn't come back in during a 25-point blowout) with 7/5/0/3/3. Was run a bit ragged by Afflalo and Redick on defense, and long-time haters would have enjoyed a play where he made an excellent steal then immediately attempted a terrible no-look behind-the-back pass that was easily picked off for a dunk.

    Tonight's T-Wolves thoughts:
-Ridnour is also ****. He's averaging a little over two assists per game for a good offensive team as a starting point guard. Terrible.
-Pekovic is going to stick in the league for a while, methinks.

He really showed that he can play last year. He'll be even more effective when Love is back.

Pekovic would be a good replacement for Jefferson or Sap. A good guy to bring off the bench to relieve Favors or Kanter. The guy doesn't make bad shot selections and does his job.

You're hating on Marvin Williams? What?

I know AK is doing well for Adelman, but I don't want him back; 31 years old, and he is going to decline sooner than later. Time to move on.

The issue with AK's play on this team won't be sharing playing time/shots with Kevin Love, it'll be from Derrick Williams.

You do know that once Love comes back AK's numbers will drop?
