Jefferson has shown more fire than anyone on this team the past few games.
Every time this game he left the court LA made a run. If you take Jefferson out of this game its a blow out for LA. He was the only one trying to pump up his teammates this game. Jefferson has not been a good leader during all of his time here but this season, especially as of late, he has been a great leader on the court. Watch how teammates respond to him after big plays and looks how he is the first one to try to encourage people after big plays. Watch the past few games and watch how he has given up open shots to try to get Millsap easy shots to get him going.
Hate Jefferson for his faults but dont just blind hate because you want him gone, its annoying. Go post your blind hate of all Jazz players here you will fit in better.

That does not mean he does not want to win he is saying his team fought hard and he is proud of them. That is what a captain does tries to encourage good hard work and pushes them to do better. If you cant look at what you did well and keep your chin up you will breed negative attitude and split the team up. That leads to loses. Clearly you have never played sports.
