Obama has held a slight but consistent lead in the state for the last month.

I am curious where Scat is pulling info from though.

Obama is kicking butt in NH - 28 out of 43 votes cast.

Might as well close up shop now - good night.

The early voting numbers aren't as good as they were in 2008 though.

Is there a source out there that says Obama didn't have a commanding lead with early voters?

Wow, the independant numbers there seem high. I hope independant (non Republican or Democrat) votes make up a good chunk of the votes. Let's send a signal!

    Welcome to November.

The dissection everyone cares about is the 2008 surge lagging in 2012 & lopping off a lot of Obama's margin. Who knows what that will actually translate into though.

I say Romney wins, CO, FL, NC, VA, NH and OH.

I say Obama wins, PA, NV, IA, WI, MN and MI.

Potential surprise loss for Romney is FL and surprise win for him is PA.
Doesn't sound like Romney is doing so hot in either of these states early on.

    Get slaughtered and lose?

Yep, sounds about right as I watch Romney bite the dust.

I've been out of town working for a while. Driving in tonight, I listened to the election news.

Well, I'm not very optimistic about this country generally, but this election might, in at least my version of history, have kept us out of war for a while. . . . there will be no war on Iran, and no Israeli strike on Iran's nuclear facilities. Even the Brits are now saying nuclear research and development is a sovereign right, and the problem of nuclear war will have to be taken to the UN. . . . .

The Republican Party may not survive this attempt to reclaim the middle, mainstream style. The Democratic Party may not survive either, once folks realize what a tool Obama really is, and how he has downsized them out of relevance in our own affairs.

The disinformation that was run at the last day or two, in regard to Mitt's statement about Chapter 11 reorganization, is being touted as key. But I think the groundwork and get-out-the-vote organization Obama is famous for is the real story.

And what it really means is that the Chicago mob has outmanueved the Bush Dynasty. . . . not entirely a bad thing, but certainly no hope for honest Americans who want to make their own way in the world on principles of work ethics and family values. All it really means is a whole new level of corruption in America, much deeper and much muckier. . . . and something a lot of people will eventually decide they don't want.

    Good call!

Who are we going to blame now.

    The biased media?
    The biased pollsters?
