He didn't post the article with this map. It had nothing to do with the election.
It was dark red for highest IQ's to dark blue for lowest IQ's. It just so happens that when you get more people together into confined areas (large cities) that they begin to act irrationally and exhibit large amounts of groupthink and delirium. The scientists were truly worried about the spread of the degrading of the brain matter of people in the blue areas and were brainstorming ideas of how to slow the spread of this disease.
The answer was work.
While I think they are on to something, I don't see it happening... at least for the next 4 years.

Nice try, but people that get degrees often end up having to move to where the population and jobs are located if they want the almighty dollar, or support their family and all that.
Big business generally will put their offices in a central or highly populated area to save on costs and take advantage of other things, so basically your stats are skewed because the smart people from those red/smart states are going to the blue and populated areas to talk sense into the morans. It's too bad it's almost impossible to talk sense into people with dreams and no motivation.
The real meaning of it is that those red states are those that value open spaces and freedom. The blue states don't value either of those things.

You want to know why? They lost!! The losing side always looks for reasons/excuses why they lost while the winners rejoice in winning. This is the same for sports, politics, life...
It is funny some of the reaction by Romney supporters. Some are going to move to Canada - a country that has gov't medical coverage and others are calling it a sham and others are providing maps that show more red than blue. In the end Romney lost and the President won. Does it really matter why?
Besides showing the map means nothing because the Constitution states 270 electoral votes are needed to be president. The popular votes doesn't matter (remember 2000). If the GOP wants to continue to lose elections then they can keep making excuses and keep nominating Tea Party nut jobs while continuing to insult/piss off every demographic besides white rich guys. Now that the GOP failed in their own true quest to make the president a one term president, perhaps they can start doing their real job which is to pay the country's bills.
A degree holding populace, sure. I don't consider many people that have degrees to be educated. There is a huge difference between intelligent, educated, and degree holding. If you are considering educated as someone with a college degree I don't necessarily agree with that statement. I see an educated person as well rounded in many avenues of learning, and most of that on their own doing and not having to do with them needing a piece of paper to get work.
Getting a degree is a good step toward being educated, but it does not make you educated or intelligent.
You are trying to say that people that hold degrees are of more value than people that don't? Are you trying to say that most of the people in America are of less value? Are you saying that you think the difference between Obama being the President and Romney being the president was because there were an extra 10% degree holding people in those states?
I would think that sort of statement sounds like you are starting up a 47% conversation from your perspective this time?
If you have so many "educated" people in those states, why is most of the poverty problem also associated with those states, and the populated areas that voted for Obama?
If they are so "educated" in those blue states and with all that smart population, why do they receive the bulk of the aid dollars from the Federal Government? Shouldn't you smart people find a way to just help the people around you without looking for a bailout?

It started with Earl [Watson], Randy [Foye] and Marvin [Williams]–the veteran guys. I thought the young guys did a good job of following their lead getting us off to a good start. - referring to the Jazz/Bobcats game on 3/1/13
Earl, Randy, and Marvin started the first quarter 0-3, scored a whopping zero points, and finished with a turnover in the first quarter.
Your head coach of the Jazz ladies and gentlemen.
Henry Ford, Thomas Edison, Steve Jobs, Larry Ellison of Oracle, Bill Gates, Paul Allen of Microsoft, Mark Zuckerberg and Dustin Moskovitz of Facebook, Michael Dell of Dell Computers, Brian Dunn of Best Buy, Barry Diller of IAC, John Mackey of Whole Foods, David Geffen, Ralph Lauren, Ted Turner.........
Also morons.

Reading Victoria's Jackson's tweets (@vicjackshow) remind me that she stands for everything wrong with the Republican party now. America, while still greatly divided rejected her type of fanaticism. People on the right need to reject her, and the lot of right wing loonies that are hurting your party. The Ann Coulter, Rush, Trump, Ted Nugent, etc. types need to go away.
"Rubio and E.W. Jackson 2016 or Red States Secede"
"URGENT: Obama is Destroying US Military "
"Hitler was also a SOCIALIST Obama's America "
(i'm going to be dead this time next year, or in jail if Obama wins)
This type of madness is laughable, and really way too prevalent in the party. I don't see how any reasonable person can say this
is good for debate, or helpful to moving the country forward.
