This movie looks bad ass. Cant wait.
bought it last night and I am a 1/3 of the way thru. Not what I expected but some of the images that it paints are pretty vivid. Such as I-80, the feral girl and Ukrainian gas.

Different episodes could be the different stories in the book. New characters and what not every episode. Tell it just liek it is. A reporter interviewing all these people and as the people tell their stories we flash back to that time period and actually see the story unfold.
