D-league would be good for Murphy, but would teach Burks bad habits in my opinion.

if you cut foye down to 15 mins, and carroll down to 10, thats 15 mins right there for burky.
Or stop giving marvin williams 28 mins a night (down to 20), drop foye to 18 mins, swing haydog over to the 3 to fill the holes, and burks has 16 mins right there.

No, I think the only thing it is good for is to get someone away from the team for the sake of getting them away from the team. I guess in some cases it could be used as a confidence booster to a mentally frail player, but I don't think Burks has that kind of mental ineptitude.

Yeah Burks getting un-contested lay-ups against Big Al during practice is great practice.
