[QUOTE= he isn't the hustler he was before he became a starter

Maybe it's just me, I am loyal to players who actually did something for this team for a serious period of time, and I believe Millsap will forever be one of my favorite players, even if we trade him now.

While the overall hate was about the same, it was more personal with Boozer. Boozer missed over a year's worth of basketball due to a sore foot and a strained hamstring - that didn't sit well with most fans.

I like Jefferson - he's a likable person and I wanted him to have a chance and I wanted him to succeed. But at this point I'm convinced he's taken this team as far as he's going to (which is not very far) and it's time to move on

I think most people are so burned out with having Boozer and then a less talented guy in Al, so Al doesn't have the "hate" Boozer had.

So maybe Millsap should be loyal to the team that drafted him, developed him, gave him a ton of cash, and give as much effort now as he did then, maybe not cry when the coach wanted him to be the sixth man. Millsap owes you more then you owe him.

Has Millsap been unloyal to Utah somehow? Millsap has worked his butt off for the Jazz. I do not see him wanting to be a starter as disloyal to Utah in any way.

which seems to lack with ty corbin now.

people hated bozzer for his defense, and bozzer was a better rebounder.

but why did jf hate on bozzer. but the jefferson hate doesnt seem so worse?
is it because bozzer had a lot of missed games? the irony is sometimes i just wish jefferson would miss games.

so please people stop having a double standard if you hated BOZZER, step up hate on jefferson.

also note by hate i do not mean hate the person, jefferson is a nice guy, if not the nicest guy in the nba personality wise.
but what i mean hate is him as a basketball player.
Malone is not coming back. Please get over it.

Seriously. Boozer has his flaws on the court, but also was a complete ***** with injuries and an unapologetic mercenary. Guy had no loyalty whatsoever. Not to mention the screaming. Gads that dude was annoying. I laugh my ass off at guys on the Browns board that are still butt hurt over that signing.

And yet we murdered Boozer for the same attitude about being a starter.

Thanks to other players who played at that time. Replace Boozer with Big Al now and we suck even more.

The entire team was better when boozer was here. So maybe that's why they won more.

Boozer vs. Jefferson based on my own eye test (needs numbers)

Defense- Jefferson (Both bad. Jefferson has height advantage. Can be argued)
    Jumpers- Boozer
    PnR offense- Boozer
    Post up- Jefferson
    Passing- Boozer
    Rebounding- Tie (Arguable)
    Clutch- Tie
    Personality- Jefferson
    Availability (Injuries) - Jefferson
    Team Offense Flow- Boozer
    Transition Offense- Beats me...
    Transition Defense- Beats me...

    EDIT-
    Versatility- Jefferson
    Go-To Player- Jefferson
    Free-Throw Attempt- Boozer

Based on my own list which probably needs adding to, they're about the same. I like Jefferson better mostly cause Boozer seemed like a numbers player.
Remember, Boozer did have Deron on the team and Deron was pretty amazing back then. Yes, Jefferson and Deron were on the same team but they don't compliment each other the same way plus Deron was trending down due to his wrist.
