That whole thing was a travesty. It's events like these that we should all be united in the hope there's a hell for people like her.

Everybody blaming the prosecution. How about the jury? If they were that dense to begin with, do we really think this piece of info would have swayed them?

With what the proseution presented there is no way the jury could have convicted her. No cause of death makes it hard to say someone is absolutely positively guilty, which i completely think she is by the way. There was just way to much "maybe probably could have" going on, and not enough fact.

I hear ya, but c'mon.. how much of a cause of death is necessary if the girl is duct taped and thrown in a swamp? Jury just plain ****ed up.

With the new found info, the jury would have been completely out of their minds not to convict her.

On another note, has Gerard Butler ever done a good movie? And yet he keeps getting gigs...Please spare me the 300 nonsense.

Just saying the prosection didnt "prove' anything .... just gave some scenarios about what might have happened. But if it walks like a duck .....

Law Abiding Citizen is a fantastic movie. I also like Reign of Fire and The Ugly Truth.

Not my thing and I did not see it but I heard good things about Phantom of The Opera.

The issue was making it a Capital case. Conviction rate is incredibly low.

We know the system is working well when a couple bad ones get away. Doesn't take any of the sting out of it though.
