Seriously, what would it take to get him from the Clippers?

    Millsap? (since Odom is ****)
    Burks + a 1st?
    Tinsley/Watson + Burks?

They aren't gonna be able to keep him. The Jazz should be making their pitch.

    Probably the GSW pick.

The Clippers have got to be looking for an extra piece. I think the west is more open this year than last:

*Spurs are a year older (yes, I said it. Just ask the Thunder)
*the Thunder are without Harden (which is significant in playoff moments, IMO)
*the Grizz have been as deep as LA.

Most players JF falls in love with end up fizzling out. Perkins for example.

I'm not sold on Bledsoe as a starter. Great spark plug off the bench though.

Man, everyone sure likes Bledsoe. I love his energy, length, strength, speed, and defense. He is still a project probably not skilled enough to start for the jazz and is definitely not a point guard.
Would love for him to be on the jazz, but not too high a price for an extremely unproven player

We have enough of those already. Maybe not at his position.

I think the full range of opinions are all fair, btw. I like him (didn't so much during the draft) quite a lot, but I am not blind to those very good reasons to proceed with caution. Chris Paul is on my Fantasy League so I mostly catch the LAC games. Every time Bledsoe gets in the game, I'm thinking to myself .. ****! Paul's not getting back in!!

How many spark plugs do we need? That term can be applied to Carrol, Evans and Kanter right now. They all come in and bring an energy and fight with them.

    Good answer.

I prefer to have 4 spark plugs and 10 lazy / low-energy guys!!!

With Bledsoe, Kanter and Favors we would have a physically imposing team.
Build a man a fire; keep him warm for a day. Light a man on fire and he will be warm for the rest of this life.

Repeating the same actions and expecting different results is the definition of insanity.

And would have a hard time scoring.
