Yes, the Jazz pick is going to suck and the lesson learned is that tanking works. But if you really want to be sick to your stomach, the tanking piece of crap Mark Jackson is probably going to be coach of the year. Disgusting.

It's a long season - I think GSW is far from being guaranteed a playoff spot considering their two best players are constantly injured.
I look at it this way - if they sucked this year then Jackson would have just tanked down to a lower position again any way.
I hope it oesn't happen this way, but it would be interesting if Utah and GSW are battling each other for the 8th playoff spot.
Even worse news is they have played 13 road games and 9 home games. So thats just another reason to believe that the trend will continue. But like what Candy said, I think there is a chance they fall off due to injuries. Its a long season. We'll see. Its actually better for us if they think they are good then they fall off later and cant tank their way back into their pick like last year. They need hope at first.
It all depends on Curry's health.
Wait till Curry gets hurt again. And Bogut, and prbably Lee. Then we will have them right where we want them.

I was hoping for a good mid to late lotto pick to get the top pg prospect but I'm afraid the jazz and warriors might both slip out of the lottery
The Clippers tanked for years and years and it didn't help too much until they traded for CP3.
