And I don't understand why Foye's minutes are so sacred. Corbin seems like he's just rotating players academically with little thought about how they play with each other.
Short list at #14: CJ McCollum, Dennis Schroeder, Archie Goodwin, Kelly Olynyk

Short list at #21: Steven Adams, Giannis Adetokunbo, Sergey Karasev, Nate Wolters

2nd round: Carmichael, Hardaway Jr., Adonis Thomas, James Southerland

    I'll save the situation.

When KOC signed Foye did we all thought he will get major minutes no matter how bad he chucks? He always been a rotation player and wouldn't mind to get limited minutes especially when he starts with 0-4 or 1-5 to the game. Sit his a** to the bench and never let it get up in the rest of the game.

So i dont get this insistency either, and i dont expect a senseful explanation either cause we are talking about Corbin right?

Burks looked very good once again tonight in his limited minutes.... played great defense, had lots of energy, got into the paint twice for buckets, drew 3 fouls on the heat (one offensive). The only shot he missed was a decent look from about 18 feet that went in and out.

Sounds like he deserves a dnp next game.

Favors and Hayward need to start and play at least 30 a nite

Kanter and burks are 1st off bench getting 20 min a nite

I'm sick of journeyman ayers getting minutes. Even the Miami snnouncers commented none of our starters are under contract after this year

If I didn't know better, I'd think Foye is being showcased for a trade.

I know I'm a broken record, but you can't win without a half court offense. There is no player to blame this on. This is a system problem. Since everyone in the media and Jazz management is treating Ty with radioactive gloves, it will be interesting to see when he finally starts getting heat.

More Tinsley, less Watson, not that it matters a whole lot.

Mo isn't really a PG. Foye is basically just a spot-up shooter. Al is a ball-stopper, or at least everyone else stops when he gets the ball. Marvin is primarily a spot-up shooter. Not sure what half-court offense they're supposed to run.

The guys who can run plays are Tinsley, Hayward and Favors, and maybe Millsap depending on match-ups.

Ha ha. Thats what I thought all last year with Howard and/or CJ. Anyway, the idea of showcasing is to put them in a good light and make them attractive to other teams.....the other GMs can read a box score and stat sheet, I doubt Al or Foye has much value, unless it is to dump salary.

For what its worth, I didn't expect the Jazz to win tonight. Its the NBA, scrubs from small markets aren't supposed to win, I get it. But the effort? The coaching moves? That is disappointing.

The Jazz beat the Heat the last couple of seasons. Not being able to get inside when their biggest player is 6'8" is a problem. Favors and Kanter could have gotten a lot of free-throws tonight if they were given the ball in a position to score, but I'm not sure we have the players to deliver the ball.
