i love pek he's strong as a bear but he is 26 or 27. If kanter starts to get minutes next season or after the deadline he can pass easily pekovic in 2-3 years

kanter and pekovic will not be used in the same sentence when kanter gets to pekovic's age.
David Locke: "Because what happens in this league is, people start shooting threes and they get soft and don’t want contact and then they just stay out there all the time. You’re not going to get soft, are you?"
Enes Kanter: "I kind of live in the paint, man. Come on. I won’t get soft. Don’t worry about that."

Kanter is averaging 124% FG percentage per 35 minutes.
Pekovic is averaging 114% FG percentage per 35 minutes.

Kanter could be shooting at a ridiculous percentage if he got moar minutes!

    Pekovic, hands down.
Kanter, though a star in the cadets, never reached the status Pekovic had when in Europe.
    a bona fide Euroleague star!

We talking about 40lbs muscles in difference. If Kanter drops his seafood diet and starts eating some eggs and bacon ( sorry, he is muslim so must be chicken ) and gains 40lbs of muscle then yes, he may be as good as Pekovic. At this point it is not even close.

I always thought that Kanter's floor in his prime would be Pekovic. (in the NBA)

Kanter is young his potential is not known yet.. we cant even see the kanter scale yet. i think the guy is going to be better then what most are giving him credit for. he is so young right now..

One thing is for sure, MIN has some legit Euro players right now. Minneapolis has become a capital of European basketball. Let's see if that means ****.

BTW, I snicker a little at the fact that these Euros are led by the most corn-fed looking NBAer since Jerry West.

I think it is more than that.
Pekovic is a great player, just my kind of PF/C,
agressive player, who has a good international career!
Kanter needs more than bulk to achieve that!

    edit: BTW JV sucks
