have you heard of the Quantified Self Movement?
Basically its a bunch of mobile web apps and gizmos that upload to your devices which quantify all sorts of things, like heart rate, cadance, movement while you sleep, and gives you an output that you can try to "improve".
I'm wondering if anybody is participating in some way, and how that has changed the activity you've integrated it into. You must enjoy it differently now. How?

No, but I bet those with restless leg syndrome get a lot of data feedback.
