Nobody asked Corbin if it's time to make big changes in lineup.
Ridiculous bunch of questions.
Like i said before Hayward is very overrated, he will never be the player, this board expect on him to be. he has no consistent jump shot, is a horrible horrible rebounder, an average defender, at most an average passer and ballhandler. His size is not something special ,for a guard he is not quick enough and is not playing with heart.
The only thing he is good at is running at fastbreaks, taking contact to get to the line and shooting freethrows with high percentage.
With a better coach, he can only become a solid role player.
-------------------
Even Burks has much more talent than Hayward, he can be a better defender, he is better at taking contact and going to the line , is playing with much more heart and is a great rebounding Guard. He´s better at ballhandling and with a good coach he can be a good passer, too.
Why they call him Big Al ? think of it...
-----------------------------------------------------------
"In practice I’m going against a big great player like Al," Kanter said. "So, whenever I’m on the court with other big men it’s much easier."
No Kanter,but more AL
What an embarrassment.
Playing well is priority #1 and nothing outside of that is really even close. If you're hoping someone else ****s up, then you don't deserve the break.
I seriously do not get Corbin's infatuation with Foye. He contributes 3 point shooting, if he's on, AND NOTHING ELSE.
-Poor ball handler
-Poor defender
-Can't create shots
-Mediocre passer
-Doesn't get to the line
And he played 24 minutes tonight. Marvin is getting a ton of blame, but he was only a -13; Foye was -15, the highest on the team. And with the zone GS was playing, this should have been Foye's moment to shine.
I really hope he was only signed so that the Jazz would have an extra expiring contract at the trade deadline, because otherwise he just makes no sense.
I'm excited. Hopefully the crappiness can continue. Actually, hopefully it gets worse. The Millers would probably be so dumb they'd promote Horny.
I could only watch about one quarter of this game it was so bad. Terrible, terrible, terrible PG play. Every time Tinsley or Watson make a pass I cringe. How could our FO and coaching staff think that these two guys could be even half way decent back ups? If Mo is out for an extended period of time we are screwed. I am so upset over how crappy the Jazz played, I knew they would lose...but it didnt even look like they tried or had a solid gameplan
Y'all should join me in NOT watching.
(first update) Offseason to-do list:
(no order)
1. Let Mo, Foyeeee3, Al (s&t?), Watson, and Tinsley go.
2. Re-sign Carroll
3. Draft McCollum, Schroeder, and Giannis (leave the latter two in Europe for a year [maybe two years for Giannis]).
4. Sign Tony Allen
5. Try to keep Millsap. If that doesn't work, explore s&t options.
6. Remove Corbin. Hire Brad Stevens or SVG.
7. Sign Calderon to a one-year (2 max) deal, or see if the cash-strapped Lakers will let us absorb Nash's last year.
Jgolds observed the following. Starters play with lack of heart, and the just play for themselves.
mo was more improtant to our ball movment and pase of the gamet then i thought.
jefferson needs to go.
corbin needs to learn the nba isnt like nba 2k12 you cant go into the settings and change the other teams shot success, you have to make adjustments in your own line up
jazfanzs need to remember this isnt the worse season we have ever had, and that with a few needed udjustments we could get right back into the season.
i am still hoping for a trade.
Once we accept our limits, we go beyond them.

Jerry Sloan: "I have to blame myself for Andrei's failure to be able to play at times because maybe I haven't handled him the way he'd like to be and done the right things"
Marvin the Ghost, is the only starter who is under contract after this season. Foye and Tinsley got to realize that Utah was their last rodeo. Al and Milsap know that Enes & Favors are right behind them. Is it any wonder why the starters play like they do?
I believe it was managments plan all along. Play the vets to see if the playoffs were possible, if that plan fails play the young guys and convince the fans that the young guys are exciting.
May 21- Draft Lottery; June 27- NBA Draft; July 11- FA signing period begins; Oct 11- Preseaon game in Boise
