    I believe there's a limit on how much can be paid to a foreign team for a buyout. The remaining amount must be paid by the player. Raul Lopez basically pocketed nothing his first season. Tomic will never play in the NBA. But his rights may be traded to even out a deal at some point, just like Fehse.
