I fish this harbor quite often. The owner provides an excellent service to the community but is screwed on the business end competing with government. It shows too, because the place is a dump despite the owner's best efforts to keep it up & improve it. Good enough for my standards though.

Anyone interested in charity through business can hit me up in the spring for a whitie slaughter (or carp bashing if you're into that).
