It's coaching 101. Pull a guy, someone like Al, just a few minutes into the game. Seriously, like 3 or 4 minutes into the game. **** like that can light a fire under their ass. If it doesn't, we don't want that kind of guy on the team anyway.

I was speaking hypothetically, not even for this game necessarily. Poor effort and play should not be rewarded and players need to learn from their mistakes. Allowing them to continue to play is simply enabling them, not teaching them.
