I voted earl watson because quite simply, he is the worst player on the team.
But i should have voted for marvin because after pre-season and all the wet bandit love, i thought he would be much better

I reckon this board uses MaWill as a scapegoat to blame for Jazz sub-par season because they had too high expectations. You are clueless who think he has been underperforming considering he is above Favors and Al in TS%, best defender on the starting five and 10th overall on the team in usage. 10th goddamn. Blame Al and Corbin for his numbers.
ummmmm, no. mawill is misused as a spot up shooter and doesn't get enough touches on the offensive end. sure, he lacks the fire and aggressiveness and should attack the basket more for a guy his size and athleticizm but corbin is just not a good coach at all and never will be. expect him to become a better player once al and/or millsap leave. his role will be increased. imo, he is the third best player on this team if he is used correctly. favors and kanter will be our two best players and stars in future. mawill is the only one on this starting five that plays defense.
favors - ?
kanter - millsap
mawill - hayward
hayward - burks
? - burks
this should be the jazz future starting lineup.
millsap is inconsistent, so he is high up on this list. he will continue to be undersized and will struggle against bigger, quicker and more athletic bigs. he is still a very good player that has his limitations. i also expected favors to have improved his offense at a better rate especially since this is his third season in this league. so, it's close between favors and millsap. what kanter and mawill did in the offseason was not just a fluke. get rid of chucker foye and blackhole jeff and see what kind of wonders this will do to mawill, kanter and also the other players...

Stan Van Hundley says Gordan Haywerd most disappointed.

there have been signs of improvement. FT and passing have both been pleasant surprises. but he seems to have lost that capacity to make those really dynamic, impactful plays that he showed late last season. just that physical, raw, eye-popping **** that creates momentum. i'm sure part of this is due to injury, as well as minutes, but still. it's disappointing.
i expected more outta marvin too. not loads, but just slightly better output than he had at ATL and for him to be more of a quality glue guy. his first game gave us a teaser that he just hasn't lived up to.
Marvin looked soooo good in preseason. WTF happened?
Hawks fan is laughing at this poll/thread.
