Do the Jazz still retain his rights? He was acquired as part of the LO Mo trade but I see he is playing for Bakersfield of the DLeague and I don't recall the Jazz either trading him or waiving him. Wiki still has him as property of the Jazz.

This is such a good team that Jazz training camp cut Brian Butch is averaging about 11 points and 10 rebounds. Foster is averaging about 8 points per game.
I loved/hated Shan Foster in college. Dude could ball.

If he came to camp and was cut, then his rights were rescinded. I can't recall if he was in camp though.

I have looked and I think the Jazz still have this clown's rights. They will until they sign him or formally cut him. It's like he's playing in Europe or the CBA. It's weird that the Jazz can still keep his rights even though he is playing in an NBA sanctioned league.
