I'd rather have Jones over Patterson just because of the rookie contract that he will be one for a few more years.
I expect to hear about 12 more of these rumours before the February 21st. Milsap is the undersized, passed over, over-achieving hustle player that fans like. Every team that needs to drum up a little excitement, or sportswriter that needs a few more clicks on his story or has some unexplainable need for 'followers' will mention Milsap as a possible acquisition.
My guess is that KOC & D_L will wait 'till the last minute to try to sucker a sweetheart deal out of somebody and make sure the team can still make the playoffs.
