    Dave Checketts, the multimillionaire entrepreneur who brought Major League Soccer to Utah and won a heated political fight to get a stadium built in Sandy, has sold his interest in Real Salt Lake to the team’s minority owner Dell Loy Hansen, The Salt Lake Tribune has learned.

    Figures the one fact(the price) that I'm actually interested in isn't in there. Hansen was/is one of the guys that I am confident that would be part of a group that would buy the Jazz if they ever were for sale so this interesting to me.

    Getting some cash to buy the Jazz?

    Also, could he have owned both Real and the Jazz being in the same state? Maybe this move gives him flexibility to buy the Jazz or bring another pro team to Utah.
