Oh how I wish this would come true.
The Antagonist of Jazzfanz
Who ever told you you could work with men?
You are cordially invited: www.bongofanz.com
I don't disagree, just making some fun.
The majority of the talk around the league agrees with your assesment. But a few people say he is used wrong, bad supporting cast, and he would be better in a system.....yada yada yada.
What concerns me is that some of the minority of voices supporting Bargnani have come from Jazz broadcasters.
If Jazz are 27th defensive rebounding team with the current group, what would happen if they inserted Barnani for Milsap or Jefferson? 30th?
For more fun, here is my Trade Machine for the day: http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=acx7nk3
May 21- Draft Lottery; June 27- NBA Draft; July 11- FA signing period begins; Oct 11- Preseaon game in Boise
(first update) Offseason to-do list:
(no order)
1. Let Mo, Foyeeee3, Al (s&t?), Watson, and Tinsley go.
2. Re-sign Carroll
3. Draft McCollum, Schroeder, and Giannis (leave the latter two in Europe for a year [maybe two years for Giannis]).
4. Sign Tony Allen
5. Try to keep Millsap. If that doesn't work, explore s&t options.
6. Remove Corbin. Hire Brad Stevens or SVG.
7. Sign Calderon to a one-year (2 max) deal, or see if the cash-strapped Lakers will let us absorb Nash's last year.
Not saying it will happen or anything but.....
Orlando just lost Glen Davis for the season. They have a 17 million dollar trade exception from Dwight Howard. Big Al makes less than 17 million, so does Milsap.
I once liked O'quinn.

Feb. 21 -- 2013 NBA Trade Deadline (3 p.m. ET) Thats 5pm MTN for PK.
Looking at the Jazz schedule they play on February 13 at Minnesota then are off for the All-Star Break until the 19th when they play the Warriors at the ESA. But after that they still have 3.5 off days until they go to LA to play the Clippers.
That is one game in 10 days right in the midst of the trade deadline. That schedule is very kind to the Jazz if they want to make a move and still try to make the playoffs.
Speaking of Trade deadline.....after the trade deadline the jazz have 27 games remaining. 14 at home, 13 on the road. 15 against teams with winning records. 9 against teams in the Western Conference playoffs (1o is Hou is included) and 4 against teams just behind the jazz (Rockets, Dallas, Potland, Potland).
