    Randy Foye appreciation thread

I like him. His shot is really consistant. I say we extend him.

Best 3 point shooter we have ever had.

P.s. we don't have to start him. But he can have a role.

I wanted to dislike him from day 1, but he has won me over.
GREAT shooter and i would extend him as well..... though its more likely that his amazing shooting just gets him a contract elsewhere

I would only extend him if he comes off the bench

only about 20 makes (threes) away from breaking the jazz single season record. to be there at this stage of the season speaks for itself.

    i like him.

I would love Foye to stick around. But only if he accepts a 'first guy off the bench' kind of role.

He's a legitimate instant offense off the bench. If he has one of his firey nights, we can extend his minutes.

He'd be good if Corbin used him properly, as an instant offense guy off the bench, not to guard the other team's top offensive wing or guard as Corbin is currently using him in addition to his shooting. His shooting might even be more effective if he wasn't relied on for this defensive assignment.

2 years, 10M and he can come off the bench for 24 minutes a night. Would anyone really give him a better deal than that? Other than us of course?

I don't think we even have to pay him that much.

I like Randy. Whatever shortcomings he has are overshadowed, for me, by his shooting. Teams have to defend him, and if Al would pass the ball out more when he's being doubled or tripled, Randy would get even more good looks from outside. I hope he sticks around. Seems like a good fit and he certainly fills a need.

The only thing he provides is shooting, which teams will always need, sure. If Corbin/KOC/Lindsey understand that he's a guy you give 15-20 minutes to, then I'd be fine with bringing him back. It's just always frustrating seeing a player like that get 30+ minutes.
