This is the probably the same size as the one Ty uses, so not a complete fail by the OP.
1. It shouldn't be a jpeg - it will look like crap when blown up.
2. Don't "Retrieve remote file and reference locally" when putting the link in your message.
3. Just take the URL of the photo and put it inside the following tag like so:
HTML Code:[IMG]http://www.website.com/picture.jpg[/IMG]
