I assume you mean for rep power, not for rep, right? There's no secrecy; I've posted the formula several times. I don't want to look it up right now, but it's a combination of three factors: time on jazzfanz, number of posts, and reputation pts. They are roughly given equal weights.

OK, if it means that much to you, here are the current settings:
For every 130 number of days, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.
For every 2500 number of posts, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.
For every 300 points of reputation, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.
