I really hope AK is back for this one.

I hate to bag on the guy after such a great game but Brewer can't guard Granger - he's liable to go off for 40.

Matthews has been guarding the top perimeter player. Ronnie's able to play safety on D, and get out on the break with this setup. This set-up certainly magnifies his strengths.

I hope you're right. In the game against OKC Brewer guarded Durant (who has a similar game and similar size to Granger) and he had no chance against him.

Granger is AVERAGING 9 three point attempts a game.

Yes, that is ridiculous.

Who does have a chance against Durant?

True, but there's a difference between stopping a guy and not letting him get anything he wants. I'm not a Brewer hater, I hope The Jazz find a way to keep him; but Durant was downright abusing him last week.

Fail. Brewer's our best wing by far and in two years will become a prominent all-star.

Hmmm..

If Brewer spoke like that it would be one thing; but I've seen a few interviews with him and he's fairly well spoken.

He also had a degree in engineering.

He doesn't really have a degree in engineering. I was going to make a pillow fort joke but lost interest.

It sucks not having a game for four days.

Do you think it will be beneficial for the team to get some rest, or might it stop the momentum?

I don't think the rest will hurt them. It's not like they taking 4 days off from everything. The only thing I think it will do is slow them down a bit in the beginning of the game on Friday and that's about it.

I notice that when they go on the road after a long wait. At home they should still come out sharp.

When you are hot you never want time off.
However, as banged up as we are it may benefit us.

I just hope we come out strong on Friday.

Agreed. Hate to stop the momentum but at the same time we have to get healthy so we can really compete against the big boys.

Damn, Okur scored 43 points in 28 minutes - 2.25 points per shot

They can use a night like that next week against The Lakers.
