NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH)– The man behind the campaign ‘Fat Guy Across America’ rode his bike through New Haven Wednesday.

The ride features 560 lb. Eric Hites, of Indiana, who decided to ride a bicycle from the east coast to the west coast to “to prove things to [his] wife” and “to take back [his] health and to lose the pounds collected over the years.”

Hites is blogging and video blogging throughout his journey, as well as interviewing people along the way. He hopes to encourage others to get up and move no matter how much they weigh.

I'm not going to embed the video because of foul language, but this video has gone viral. Youtube deleted this Youtuber Nicole Arbour's account because of all the negative reactions to it. Thoughts on Youtube deleting the original and the Youtuber's account? I think it's BS even though I don't think she's funny or agree with the video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ybjX6by7KvI

She's just trying be funny, which she's not. So she just looks like an idiot.

I got about 2 minutes in before I started zoning out - I think this chick should be shamed for picking one of the easiest targets in comedy and not saying one thing that was even remotely funny or insightful in 6 plus minutes.
