Put me down for The West Wing. Runners-up: Breaking Bad and Six Feet Under.
long running TV shows that are missing
Star Trek
Breaking Bad and Sopranos are pretty much neck and neck in the drama department.
Louie is one of the most innovative/compelling shows of all time. I'm not even sure how to classify it anymore - can't really call it a comedy.
As far as traditional comedies I'm gonna fly my geek flag and say Mystery Science Theater 3000 was the most consistently funny show I've ever seen.
The Adventures of Pete and Pete was the best children's oriented show I've ever seen.
Good call. That **** was great.Chapelle Show is probably my favorite comedy show of all time.

Also one of my favorites. Probably the first 3 seasonsFirst few seasons of Lost before the writers **** the bed.

I'm watching arrested development right now. Just started season two.I vote for Arrested Development.
I can, and do, re-watch episodes multiple times and still laugh. Absolutely brilliant comedy.
Seinfeld is second. Another show I can re-watch and still find funny.
Also one of my favorites. Probably the first 3 seasons

I love it!
YepLost could have gone down as the best show ever, it had the potential. The writers just had no idea where the **** they were going and Im pretty sure the network told them they had to prolong the series to make more money.
Ya, it was basically perfect.Breaking Bad is just the obvious winner to me.
No bad or sub-par seasons and it lasted the perfect time without being cut short or drawn out.
Breaking Bad was GREAT and I've got nothing against it whatsoever...
But in terms of re-watchability I'm gonna go with Mad Men. So much class, so many subplots and hidden meanings, ... just great all round.
I watched the 1st season and it did nothing for me.
One of the most overrated shows IMO.
