I signed up and made some posts praising your team following Hayward's decision to sign with Boston. Utah is easily my favorite team to follow in the West. Awesome coach, classy organization, great team basketball, and elite defense. It's awesome to see your team in a great situation. Mitchell is the real deal.

Your arena was absolutely electric in game 3! Anways, just wanted to say I'm pulling for your team to make some serious noise in the playoffs. The average NBA fan has no clue how impressive your roster building has been considering that Utah isn't a free agent destination.
 
I am both a Utah Jazz and a Boston Celtics fan. I love the teams that both squads are building.
 
I've always had a soft spot for the Celtics. I was a huge Larry Bird fan and followed those teams more than the Jazz until he retired.

That changed this off season. Now I want the Celtics to do well this post season. Then turn into a pile of trash next season when whatshisname is playing again.
 
Hayward has tainted what was otherwise an appreciation for the Celtics.

I love, love Jaylen Brown (what a shot he hit against us this year too). I like Rozier and Smart and Yabu and Horford and the aussie that always gets dunked on. Tatum is fine. I like Brad. Impartial on Kyrie (love what he did to GSW), don't like Danny Ainge, despise Bill Simmons, enjoy Bill Burr but hate most other Boston fans (don't get me started on the Pats).

But yeah, I'm sorry-- I dont think I can ever root for the Celtics so long as Hayward plays for them. It's very very fun to root against him. Sports is dramatic-- it's why we all love it. Hayward swindled us so cold it's given us a legitimate enemy to root against for the next five years, the hell if I squander that.
