Gamethread: Indiana Pacers @ Utah Jazz. 7PM MST

Trade idea... crowder, Rubio for Hayward? Lol.... Hayward can’t play in Boston cause he sucks but maybe Utah’s system can make him effective again.... just kidding btw... I am just sad inside.

I'm throwing in the towel on the season. It's becoming glaringly obvious that this team just doesn't have enough talent. Tank for Zion!

people (not fans, generally jazz media) pointing to the schedule as an excuse is stupid. we're blown out 20+ 3 out of every 4 games, not competitive, the team in general inspires no confidence

Even if we had the best defense ever in the NBA and held teams to 90 ppg, we would still have to score 91 ppg to win and this roster is incapable of that many points... Even in a league where teams are averaging 20 points more than that. So whenever people criticize Spida for "chucking" just think of tonight's game and you'll know why he shoots so much (no one else can or will).

Pacers are also kind of a bad matchup because they actively hunt out midrange looks and have great mid-range shooters. Hard to make that defensive adjustment on the back end of a b2b.

By today's standards, it's already pretty controversial to play a PG and a center who are offensively limited. Then throw in a couple flakey PFs, and there just isn't enough scoring on the floor.

Not enough talent on roster.

Sadly listening to Locke talk about how great the Indiana offseason signings are.

There is no energy in the arena, everyone is just as frustrated as the forum is here. Really sad to get embarrassed at home
