Your anti-Exum bias is ridiculous lol, don't want to give Conley $33 mil a year despite clearly being a better player yet we shouldn't worry about how much Rubio gets paid.

Half of those teams are crap teams. And yes he can occasionally become Rick Curry, but his inconsistency is undesirable.

Half of those teams are playoff bound, of those that aren't only Atlanta is what I would call a 'crap' team. You're also looking at this season, OP said he looked at Rubio's top ten games from last season.

In any case it looks like you proved his point. Ricky clearly doesn't only play well against bad teams.

I literally said 'highest scoring games' is a bad measure for 'playing well', idiot. And I then proceeded to show that even if that was what constituted playing well, he would still be wrong.

The post you were quoting was directly suggesting that they would rather go with Exum than overpay Rubio lol. I don't think it's a coincidence that your narrative of no Conley because he costs too much changes for Rubio when the alternative suggested was to just roll with Exum.

How is going with Exum better then paying Rubio fair market value? It makes us worse team, plain and simple. Same like paying Conley 33 mil for two years. Does it make us contenders? No. So why break the bank for him?

I don't know why some were down on him. He looked like an impressive shooting prospect and now its starting to come to fruition.

He will make a nice weapon for years to come. The question is will he just be a specialist?
