This doesn't make sense as a response to what you bolded.

But yes, obviously her looks are what people seem to care about most. Which is just part of the deal, she knew it getting into the business. It's kinda lame, but also just the way these things work.
 
She’s a million times better than Steve Brown, so I’m not sure why we’re not more focused on that improvement instead of debating the merits of a brazenly sexist argument.

Also, i think she does a decent job compared to most. and the players seem to be engaging and responsive to her questions and commentary.

For the record I remember several comments about aspects of Harprings looks on this forum.

But generally speaking yes, women are obviously more objectified.
 
Sideline reporter is the most useless job in sports broadcasting.

It's become a BS diversity hire .

But, who know, maybe KK will be doing the color or play by play someday.

I like Kristen, she owns her own gym downtown that my brother goes to, shes a nice lady. I also liked Hayley Byrnes before she left. I saw her on the tinder app with a picture of steven adams as her profile pic, it cracked me up. But she moved back to australia. Can you really blame her.

I said most, not all.
And just to make it fair, many color commenators, who are primarily ex-players are inarticulate idiots. I think the same could be said of play-by-play guys like Bolerjack. He has a great voice, but 99% of the posters here on Jazzfanz are more knowledgeable about the game. And the sad thing is, Bolerjack just doesn't care.

Harp's pretty hot. Not hawt by any stretch but pretty good-looking. Boler isn't aging well. Starting to look saggy and rough. Does he drink? Kind of has that look.

Hmm all I can say is that she seems like she asks a question but doesn't listen to the answer.

Definitely better than Steve Brown, but I'm sure they could get someone that doesn't sound fake.
