DL has to do better. Signing a injury prone player to 3yr 33mil fully guaranteed. Now we are stuck in a bad spot
We have to pay him either way, we have to waive him. We need the spot for someone that can actually play basketball

Why didn't he give us a team option on that 3rd year? It just makes sense given Dante's history of injury and poor play. Really bad move to sign him to a 3 year fully guaranteed contract.

I blame this on @Jazz dude is a ****ing moron, shoveling bad karma onto Dante with all the **** he speaks.

The only silver lining is this **** will disappear.
Shut the **** up U ****ing moron. U and other jazz people who hate on this kid are a disgrace

I feel really bad for Dante. He has worked really hard to rehab all these injuries and now he is hurt again. Some of the comments are borderline disgusting after what has happened the past week. Some of you make it sound like Dante is somehow responsible for these injuries. That his "mental " weakness is the reason why he gets hurt.

Some of you may be right that his body isn't capable enough to withstand the demands of the season or sport but it isn't Dante's fault. As far as the Jazz drafting him, who would you have pick at the time considering that pretty much all the scouts had him ranked around where we drafted him. In hindsight the top of the draft was overrated. Many of you making the comments that we shouldn't have signed Dante because of his injury history are the same people who wanted Jabari signed for even more money. Signing injured players is a gamble but Dante's contract isn't some financially crippling decision some of you are making it out to be especially consider that there are some playing incentives involved.

Right now I am just heart-broken for Dante. I cannot imagine what he is going through. Injuries suck even if you are getting paid. I am sure Dante would rather be playing than rehabbing again.

I never want to see any player get injured. Dante will be fine, it's not like he didn't make $30 million dollars or anything.
No he's not fine U ****ing moron. He wants to be on the court.

I don't doubt he does, not one bit. I want to be a basketball player too, but I'm in no way fit to be a player. It sucks that Dante is constantly injured, but he can't help it. It doesn't change the fact that the kid can't stay healthy. What do you do? The kid is constantly injured, not anyone's fault, but it's the truth. The sooner you look at the truth in the eye and accept it, the better life turns out for you.

Yeah, I'm really disappointed in DL's choice of crystal balls that he uses to see into the future so he can tell which players will have multiple injuries. He obviously went with the economy model, and now his future seeing is less than acceptable.
