Ha! Sure it does. Granted it depends on what’s used and if it’s use hinders your ability to take care of your responsibilities. Shirking responsibility so you can toke up, shoot up, whatever it may be is a clear indicator of someone’s lack of character.

No, not really. You can be a great person and be addicted to something. Addiction can be genetic as well. Or you can be a responsible drug user who just likes to get high sometimes.

Or he might have just been tripping balls on some LSD. Why is LSD in the same category as heroin?
