It's a relatively small gang in the U.S. that exists in Central America as well (much larger there) and is responsible for some brutal and sensationalized crimes. Trump has used them as an example of why we need a border wall.
 
I agree with you, OP. Looking at all the pieces that were brought in to build around Hayward. So many are gone. That whole thing amounted to pretty much nothing

Nah, we tanked enough. We got what you want out of tanking even if they were at different times. 2 young star players Gobert and Mitchell. Now we need to build around them. Trade or sign one more good player and put solid vets who fit in around them. More young projects that are more likely to bust then succeed is meh. Not many teams tank for awhile and find much success.

What he is saying is that you tank to get guys like Mitchell and gobert. We got those guys even if it wasn't from the tank. So we don't need to tank. We need to build around our guys
