They are definitely going all in this year. For f sake, we just traded our 2019 1st, our 2018 1st, our 2022 1st, beloved Jae Crowder and beloved Korver for Conley.

Don't get me wrong, Conley might make us really good, but we gave up a lot. We better have other moves up our sleeve.

Looks like it wouldn’t be to hard to acquire an unwanted pick from another team this year if the Jazz really like someone. So I’m not too concerned about the picks.

This is awesome!! Conley is going to make us significantly better. If we can stay healthy I think at worst we will be a 3 seed but I wouldn't be at all surprised to see us get the two seed or possibly even the one seed if we catch some breaks. I haven't been this excited about an upcoming season in years and years.

They are getting the pick in the year after Conley's contract is over and the year that is the double draft(the first year the highschoolers enter the draft). In essence they get the pick when we will be weakest AND the draft will be strongest.

Then there's the Zanik promotion to give him more "power" in FA negotiations. We can certain hope. This will be a nearly different team at the start of the season. I'm actually.... optimistic?
