Conley Officially a Jazzman

Yet stats say we produced the most open shots per game of any team in the playoffs. So maybe you saw what you wanted when you wanted.
Can you post a link to that? I somehow doubt it is true as it looked like we could not generate any decent looks at all.

Do I really need to go back and look through and start a list of all the past all-star players whose careers spiraled downward at age 32?

He's 31 with a PO next year. Firsts are late picks, which don't have much impact, can be bought, and have near equivalent value to early 2nds. So in essence, this Jae, Korver, Allen, and cash considerations for Conley. Relax bro.

They didn't avoid including Favors like the plague to release him. Favors is here to stay. Locke has been celebrating Favors not being included in the deal almost as much as he's celebrating acquiring Conley. We didn't keep Favors to let him go.
Sometimes the level of shill that Locke is is unpalatable. He’s spent as much time stressing how much Favors doesn’t work on this team than probably any single point this offseason, but now he’s celebrating that we might keep him at the expense of our capspace we’ve been trying to retain for several seasons and our first rounders, not to mention the best stretch four we’ve had? Doesn’t jive.

Pretty surprised Memphis didn't push for Royce - he seems like their kind of player.

Very happy Utah is keeping him.

Love the trade - the clock is ticking on Mitchell's rookie deal. The Jazz had to bring in talent ASAP.
I too love Royce and I'm very glad to keep him.
I'm not surprised Memphis wasn't after him though. His production is quite poor. He took 4.2 shots per game last year and made 2. 0.5 free throw attempts per game. 5.2 points per game.

Oof, nm. If this is your take it's hard to take anything else serious. If you can't see his impact I don't know how to respond to you. I know you watch the games so...
Again, the sooner you guys will start seeing obvious flaws in Rudy's game the better you will feel when he either leaves or will be traded one day. I love Rudy on defense. Love watching him block shots and alter them too. But I hate how inept he is on offense outside the paint or in the post. We are not in 90's anymore. We are not winning championship with Rudy until he is a threat outside of the paint.

risky move. jazz will sign probably one of two more including stretch 4. i m so excited. let’s ****ing go!!!

He'll be 32 years old when the season starts. And ugh, I guess I'm going to have to go through and list glaring examples of this happening...I was hoping I wouldn't have to do this.

And they are stupid and doomed for doing this.

Those picks are over rated. AD is 26 year old superstar you can build around....same way pelicans did....i know...lol

But the lakers will always be a draw for a fa market. They literally dont need to draft ****.

Just give Exum nr. 12...
Say whaaaaaaaa

Looking at last year’s playoff rotation, the Jazz should be bringing back Mitchell, O’Neale, Jingles, Favors, Gobert and Niang.

Crowder and Korver are both gone, with Rubio likely on his way soon as well. The Jazz should be focused on upgrading those 3 guys as best they can.

Conley > Rubio

I’m assuming they expect Exum to be better than Korver if he’s healthy.

Upgrading Jae Crowder is going to be a little tougher. Hopefully they can find someone that will take the Room exception that can fill that role well.
