I Have Seen Every Game Justin Wright-Foreman Played

I ain't the "I told you so" type, but....

I told you so.

JWF is the steal of the draft. You still have no idea how great a player he is. Twenty tonight, and he put up 13 of that in the blink of an eye. If the team is struggling and needs scoring one night, just let him go. When he gets going he is stunning.

Wow. You might be right. He does look pretty damn good.

I loved the pick and am rooting for him in a big way. But as good as he was last night- also 4 assists to only 1 turnover- he was that bad the night before. Let's hope the latter was the anomaly.

First game he clearly was a little over-amped. Didn’t watch last night but the thing that stood out first night was his defensive effort... he made a couple nice effort plays.

Also not fun going against Jevon carter your first night in summer league.

Yeah, first game he had a big case of nerves. He looked tight. And as you said he was up against a NBA talent. But wow when he's loose he looks a LOT like Donovan. Would be insane if he was able to take his college game to the pros. Scoring 27 PPG is no joke. That's about what Lillard did at his small school.

Yeah he doesn’t have the obvious red flag that says he can’t be an nba player. Good shooter, adequate size when you factor in his wingspan, and good enough athleticism.

It was a solid gamble... all 3 dudes were really solid gambles.

- he was that bad the night before. .

Uhh, that was literally his first day on the job. 21 year old who for the past four years played at tiny Hofstra. Now he is playing at a packed Vivint Smart Arena in, not the CAA, but the NBA.

Remember, this young man never played in the big NCAA Tournament, he didn't go to Duke or Kentucky. He played at Hofstra.

From this to this...how do you think you would do on your first day on the job?

The most encouraging thing to me that I see is his handles and how confident he is in them.

What people don't realize was that on the first night the guy who was guarding him, though little known, is one heckuva of an on-ball defender and very powerful. He was a rookie last year and didn't get much playing time behind Conley. But after Conley was injured at the end of the season, he had a 30-point game. He's a very good player.
