I doubt they will go for Green if they lose Kawhi. Green would prefer returning, so they must overpay, but they won't beyond 2020, so he will return to Toronto. They're ****ed without Kawhi anyway.

Funny that Memphis is trading guys who still are technically on our roster. I wonder how they keep track of this cap stuff and if there will be any snags when these deals go to get completed.
 
Also, it would be cool if they didn't have that "can't sign who you've traded" rule, because I'd like to get Korver back.
 
There is no way in hell a non-contender will give Danny Green big money. Is really LAL a contender without Kawhi?
 
The Suns are such a poor drafting team. Outside of Booker and giving a pass to Ayton for now, they've whiffed on so many guys.

If Kawhi leaves Toronto, then Toronto isn't going to prop up the team by overpaying old role players. They'll start a rebuild.

Definitely, I just meant that if Kawhi returns to Toronto, LAL won't get Green.
 
Memphis really killed it in the follow up to the Conley deal. Add up what they got with the spare parts and that they can still send off Jae to another team for stuff. They did quite well.
 
Kyle is a regular season player and served his purpose here... but he should go elsewhere. I'd love to see him in LA with Lebron because I don't think he'd be healthy by year end and it'd waste a roster spot for them.
