The house has already passed most of the gun reforms we’ve talked about on here. It’s the senate that’s holding things up. For that I’d look at Lee and Romney.

They’re both on vacation from DC so I’d flood their salt lake offices. Tell them you demand that they vote on the gun regulation bills passed by the house in feb.

It’s going to be rough to vote out republicans in utah. The state suffers from terribly voter apathy from young people and women and super vote turnout from older people and males. Whereas some states make up for this with huge turnout from minorities and women, utah has no notable minority population and women mostly stay at home on election night. It’s a republican stronghold that’s been gerrymandered big time. So people like Stewart are in pretty safe districts that encompass northern SLC and Logan.
Democrats haven't been organized either. Last (Senate) election they gave us a transgender Harmon’s cashier to compete against Mike Lee.
