Westbrook out and Harden doubtful vs. the Jazz

Hate the Rockets, getting BS calls for 30 years. (Except Cassell though, liked him, clutch as a rookie.)

if this game is still not enough to convince the management to take actions on Conley's situation, i don't know what is

Eric Gordon shot 20 free throws with 22 field goal attempts. Donovan shot 6 free throws on 25 field goal attempts. We lost by 9.

I didn't get to watch the game, but that discrepancy is pretty glaring.

I didn’t watch the game. Did Conley start? If so, who was benched?

Also lmfao Gobert with 5 field goal attempts.

Ouch..I felt like Jazz were totally surprised by the level of Rockets' physicality and were kind of waiting whole game for them to finally relax which didn't happen. They were playing like it was playoffs game. It was so weird that without Harden and Capela it still felt like last year's first round. They were so pesky and we couldn't hit the open shots.

You punish small ball by crashing them inside and with size. Thats the only problem Rudy has, he just can’t be that guy who would constantly give you easy bucket in the post vs smaller defender. Image prime Malone vs this midget Houston lineup. Either he would score 50 plus or half Houston team would foul out.

They made virtually no effort to get gobert involved. Bunch of iso ****. Max maybe 3 passes on the offensive end, counting rub-screen handoffs, before a drive and shoot or forced 3. It was ugly.

Also no Conley did not start. But he played too many minutes (24) and was pretty ****** at that.

They did a very good job of fronting him and Bogey. It doesn't help no one outside of Conley has a good entry pass and that's Memphis Conley. Ingles tried a few times and those attempts were miserable.

Donovan was driving just as much if not more too. That's the thing. He got a technical because he got so fed up that the calls weren't going both ways. We were just as aggressive if not more so. You don't get 52 points in the paint playing soft like people here are trying to portray.

Our only f****** matchup issue against the Rockets over the last few seasons is that our defensive reputation is thrown out the window and their reputation drawing fouls is not.

We didn’t try... our guards played selfish. There were multiple times he had the guy sealed (it wasn’t always Tucker... we talking Austin Rivers multiple times). One in particular when Mike took a three rather than throwing it to him when he had a huge window really stood out to me.

We decided to play pickup ball and run up and down with them rather than running our stuff and being focused.

I'll disagree on the FT disparity being the refs fault, I think Donovan settled too often and pulled up for that little floater, while Gordon consistently went all the way to the rim. When they're calling it tight you've got to take it all the way in.

Yes this... They could have easily called offensive on every single Gordon drive. The dude was throwing elbows, hooking, and pushing off on every drive yet he was getting the call all night. I guess someone had to get Hardens calls tonight too- the officials couldn't have people seeing that kind of glaring discrepancy. The Jazz played ugly though, it was tough to watch. The Jazz had no answer for the chubby Rockets lineup led by Gordon.

I didn’t watch the game and am really happy I didn’t.

By all accounts (besides sniveling conspiracy theorists), the Jazz were completely unprepared last night and that’s on them. They should know better about trap games.

I don’t know if the Kobe thing is a thing or not but I’m inclined to reject that since the other team is dealing with that too.
