What's new

I'm no longer a Snyder fan.

Where was Jordan Clarkson down the stretch tonight? Q has a frustrating side, man. Gotta play the hot hand sometimes, braugh. ****.

have I mentioned that I hate sports?

**** sports

Quin has never done that His in game rigidity ***** me to tears

Quin needs to be more flexible with lineups. Quin is also a great coach. A lot of guys simply aren’t playing hard enough or good enough right now.

But legitimately what’s up with Don? I know my history of conspiracy theories in regards to him won’t help me here but for real what’s up? For a few games in a row he was going back to the locker room a couple times a game. He sounds perky and upbeat in interviews. Does his pandering of “I want to be on Rudy’s team” or acts like he doesn’t know the All Star draft is tomorrow because he’s “so focused on the Jazz”. He then comes out plays sluggish. Disinterested. And with a lack of effort and mental focus. He may still be sick in some sort of way, but something is off with him at the moment.

Also, I hate when the Jazz do this thing where they won’t reveal at all what’s wrong. Donovan went back to the locker room several times for a few games for a reason. Like just tell us what’s wrong.

Also, I don’t think the locker room seems all that tight right now. The lack of effort all around is something.

Steve Mills got fired and he’s been hugely dysphoric. Steve was the buffer between him and Dolan and he felt that he could be confident in the organization as long as Steve was around. Now it’s like the rug was taken out from under him.

True. But this started before then.

You don’t think he knew what was going on? You don’t think he picked up on the tensions through his dad? He’s got his ear to the ground on all of this and is weeks ahead of when the story breaks. That’s how invested in the Knicks he is. He didn’t know the all star draft was tomorrow because who can worry about that at a time like Mills being fired?

Yeah how come Ingles/Gobert PNR is gone?
Why no Royce when stops are needed?
While I am also frustrated with this outcome of the Denver game, I think and I hope the team is experimenting on how Conley fits with the group.
Hope Quinn sees something we don't see or he adjusts in time for "after All Star Weekend" push.

90-81. Mitchell comes in for Clarkson. 17-5 run. Clarkson was 6-7. Mitchell was what 8-24?
Yep. The thing is it hasn’t just been Donovan’s offense at times, defense has been bad as well. I do think he has been sick for a about a week now and was sick a few weeks ago to. If he is sick still he should sit out, get rest, and get feeling better.

Quins in a tough position. Mike is playing individually well at this point, but him being back in the lineup changes some things. Joe seems uncomfortable in the role of bystander, and quite honestly Joe has been our best point guard. When he plays point guard it helps him and the team. He doesn’t play that role with Mike. On the other hand, you traded a lot to get Mike and he’s being paid over $30 million a year so you have to see how you can make this work with him. He has to be out there.

Totally agree.
In fact, these past few games when the Jazz lost, Joe also was not playing well. It does not matter if Mike plays well or not. It is Joe that has become sort of the barometer of the team.

Quin absolutely hasn’t earned “great” yet

Ugh. This is good because it’s now as glaringly obvious as ever that we need to make a move to upgrade the team.

Except now, to JZ, we may not be good enough to warrant making a move.

I am done with Quin, Dennis, and Gail Miller. Gail has consistently shown that mediocrity is acceptable. Just getting to the playoffs will always be good enough for her. She and her family have been a blight on the Jazz organization since Larry died. The fact is the millers don’t know what the **** they are doing when it comes to winning basketball. I really wish that she would sell the team. Honestly I would rather have the team moved out of state then watch more of this **** garbage basketball.

Inexcusable. At home. Had three days off in a row. Nuggets played seven guys, one of whom I’ve never heard of. Chancar or some ****.

We have 3 ball stoppers and another guy who deserves more of the ball (Ingles). The Clarkson trade was savvy, but it left us with 3 small shoot first guards who are average defenders.

We won't win many games trying to share the ball with that many guys. Its just not realistic. Sure, we can beat bad teams that way but good teams obviously no.

Conley has to go. Plain and simple to me. Him or sell Clarkson high right now. We will continue to see Donovan and Ingles struggle if they can't consistently get into the flow of the game.

Personally I think Royce has been pretty terrible the last 2-3 weeks. He's had a few moments but besides that players have been attacking him and scoring at ease(Gordon, Ingram, DeRozen, Lillard). He's basically slightly above average at everything else. I'm not hating as he has an important role but I just don't think he's playing well.
