The stat I care about is wins and losses. He isn't helping them win. Period.
Jazz record in the last 11 games is 4 wins 7 losses. Jazz went 19 and 2 when he was out. I don't wanna hear the excuses that the schedule was easy, as the Jazz have played these supposedly hard teams missing key players or on their end of a back to back now.

Yes, by all means, let’s ignore the opponents over those spans. Because that couldn’t possibly play into it.
 
And ppl need to stop pointing out our record vs winning opponents. What? Are there teams who suck vs bums and are .750 vs >.500 teams? Like seriously. We’re not great. It’s evident. But we’re also not .250 against winning teams.

Do you honestly believe the Jazz are better with Conley? They should be, they aren't. Watch the games, I don't care what random stats you find. Watching the Jazz play with Conley is a chore, without him they play so smooth.

Players have to perform. Quin Snyder can't hold their hands on the court. He has told what lacks in pretty clear ways multiple times. If the players doesn't listen to him, It's on the players. And the players love Quin so I doubt he has lost them. They just need to stop getting comfortable and be more vocal on the court.

This year he's been sitting down alot. Letting huge leads runs go on without timeouts. His substitutions have been set via time on the clock vs who's playing well -who isn't and how lineups work for the advantage vs disadvantages.
I wonder if Zantac or Lindsey told Quin he has to play certain players(Conley) a set amount of time. It's put him off and to prove a point he is showing how it doesn't work.

I really hope that the FO hasn’t told him that, that’s not their job.
 
I would really like to find out somebody has a good reason for this team not reaching their potential. Funeral, family problems, something so I could have hope it might get better. Makes no sense to me.

The sex machine may still work. The problem is that you need some small maintenance to take place or you get big issues. With a lot of moving parts and potential for friction, that thing has to be lubed. It’s the difference between Quin possibly fulfilling his vision or an ER visit. We’re watching people run up against this machine but having the friction tear out their insides and they exsanguinate. DL whet his appetite on what this thing would look like that he forgot about the lube because he just assumed people would self-lubricate. Those of us who have been watching have suggested stuff that could be picked up at the corner gas station for less than $5, and been scoffed at for “lol, you’ve got a multi-thousand dollar machine and you think a $2 tube is going to save you, you stupid. Lolololol.” Or worse, “nah, the friction is fine, you only need to withstand it for 10-12 mins.” Of course, after the first minute you will no longer be capable of sex, but whatevs. Or the talking heads saying it’s stupid that everyone is complaining about lube because we’re not even sure if they have it at the gas station. And even if 7-11 has some lube, who says they’re wanting to sell it?

Let’s all hold hands and hope 7-11 calls us.

Snyder is a broken record at this point. I have yet to see him make in-game adjustments. The dude NEVER rides the wave, so to speak. I have yet to see the bench players get more burn if they're playing better than the starting unit. There just isn't any justification to have DNP's for Mudiay at this point.

Also, Snyder doesn't have any timeout awareness... big double digit runs combined with scoring droughts.. where are the timeouts? We're still running the blender when teams have it figured out. Watching our offense looks like we run about 3-5 actions and that's it. He's an overrated coach. Anybody could coach a team with Rudy Gobert and have a winning record.
